These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Handdy's subscription management platform, including its website, portal, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Handdy ("Handdy", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Handdy provides tools for managing subscriptions, billing, and payments across supported gateways (including Razorpay, Stripe, and BaseCommerce). You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the company or organization you represent when subscribing to plans.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annual, as selected) until cancelled.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Handdy does not store full card or bank details; such data is handled by the respective payment processor.
• Prices may vary by currency and region. Applicable taxes are calculated and charged in addition to listed prices where required.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your subscription.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable payment gateway terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the portal; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, reverse engineering the platform, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the Service are owned by Handdy or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to Handdy's intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party payment gateways and other providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Handdy is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handdy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Handdy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the portal.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email where feasible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the jurisdiction in which you reside.
